Ye Liu has worked and studied around the globe – always concentrating on real estate.
Ye Liu received a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management from Beijing Normal University where she won a scholarship for her outstanding academic performance. While there, she interned in the marketing and engineering departments of a Chinese real estate investment company.
Then she was off to New York when she was selected to participate in a summer real estate training program at St. John University, NY.
Upon graduation from Beijing University, she entered the University of Florida, where she earned a Master’s of Science in Real Estate from the Hough Graduate School of Business. She was granted the Appraisal Institute Education Trust Graduate Scholarship. While there, she attended an international real estate study tour to Chile. Throughout college, travels, and graduate school, she worked with local real estate companies in various capacities.
As an investment analyst at Lloyd Jones Capital, Ye assists in the evaluation and underwriting of potential multifamily acquisitions. She is a native Mandarin and Cantonese speaker, and is fluent in English.
